You smell his foul breath as he lumbers toward you...

"Not good enough" he mutters

"Not Good Enough"

"Liar!" you scream as The doubt monster cowers and vanishes

So you have begin your battle with the doubt monster.

You’ve quit your day job and your excited to go after your dreams. The question is not whether you will give up it is when. In order to succeed you must have persistence to beat even the slightest doubt into submission. The Lizard brain as Seth Godin calls it or The doubt monster according to Tony Robbins. This is your battle for freedom. This inner voice will tell you to be realistic, go back to a day job, stop dreaming, your not smart or talented enough. How do you beat it? Start with these steps.

1.       Positive Affirmation

I am a brilliant amazing child of God and I am blessed to accomplish anything I put my mind to.

2.       Build Yourself Up

If I work hard in a strategic manner I deserve nothing but success.

3.       Have a support system

Whether it be faith or family create a support system that help you to never let your mindset wander.

4.       Surround yourself with positive influences

Your mind is a vessel if you put in garbage that is what you will reciprocate. Feed you mind the power it needs to grow and help your star of specialness shine.

5.       Never ever give up

The following are all lies: I can’t do this, I’ll never make it. I’m not good enough

Yes You Are!

You will find your reward the gold is there just keep digging

I believe in you. You are amazing and I cannot wait to hear your success story.

I am finally getting 100% healthy but my health scare has really put things in perspective. I love teaching, and coaching and inspiring and sharing my knowledge and story and every bit of my heart and soul in work that really will never feel like it. I have built relationships with so many amazing people from the Amazon Publishing group, Rebecca Woodhead’s group and various other places. I have gotten to know so many amazing people through the power of social media. What I have learned is every moment is precious but also that nothing can stop you. I grew up on welfare. I was homeless twice and none of it stopped me. When I built my first business or became an Amazon bestselling author it was not alone many amazing people helped me to get there and they can never be thanked enough. I will be offline for the next couple of days to spend some time with my fiancé. I will take the time to remind her how much I love and how she is a part of why I know I can climb any mountain.

You can too I believe in you. You are an amazing, intelligent person who has gifts that need to shine. Do not play small because I know from experience nothing can stop you except yourself.
